Fire services coordination
Changes to partitions and ceilings can affect fire-service installations. Engage the appropriately registered fire-service installation contractor for relevant works and agree the required testing and documentation with the project team.
Electrical works
Check that the appointed electrical contractor and workers hold the registrations appropriate to the work. Define the testing and completion records required for the installation. The EMSD register is a useful verification source.
Record the responsibilities
