Office relocation & fit-out
Connect the new address with a considered move.
An office move joins property decisions, fit-out, IT migration, furniture and the exit from your existing premises. We help turn these parallel workstreams into a coordinated brief and delivery sequence.
For expanding companies, lease-expiry moves and teams consolidating several offices.

The details that matter
Clear scope.
Considered delivery.
A move plan identifies dependencies, decision dates, client-appointed suppliers and the acceptance checks needed before occupation. The outgoing lease and incoming fit-out are separate obligations and should be tracked together.
How the scope progresses
A sequence you can follow.
Review the incoming floor and outgoing lease commitments.
Align the fit-out, IT, furniture and move programmes.
Track dependencies and test systems before occupation.
Support move coordination and close out the old-office scope.

Practical questions
Before you begin.
When should we start planning?
Start before committing to a premises when possible. Work backwards from lease access, required occupation and the old-office handback date.
Can you compare two office options?
Yes. Compare usable capacity, planning efficiency, services requirements and the fit-out scope for each floor.
Who handles the IT migration?
Your nominated IT team or specialist should own system requirements and testing. The fit-out team coordinates space, containment, power and agreed interfaces.
Do you include physical moving services?
Mover appointments and responsibilities are confirmed separately in the proposal. Include inventory, packing and access requirements in the brief.
